    I am so sorry to bother you but I’m in a real bind here. My blog (news) items continue to be logged by year/day then “autodraft” in the archive that reverts to the home page or a 404 page. I’ve tried to reset my permalinks and I just keep getting this problem. Please please help! (I’m still learning here…)

    Hey Sherie!

    Please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps. If that does not help, please elaborate on the issue you are having.

    I also noticed that you are not using the latest version of Enfold. Version 3.5.1 is available on ThemeForest – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    That helped! I’m now having additional issues with the portfolio. I do not have an option to add/delete preview images to any of my portfolios.

    Hi!

    You are still not using the latest version of the theme. Please update Enfold theme to the latest version 3.5.1 – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and then if you still have the issue, please let us know how we can reproduce it so we can look into it.

    Hi Yigit :). I’ve tried to update the theme through the child theme and it just isn’t working.

    Can you check why this isn’t working (before I ftp the files from the /dev database over to the original database?) I’m attaching the login credentials below.

    Hi!

    Can you please elaborate on the issue you are having? I edited one of your drafts and was able to change featured image (link in private content field).
    Also, please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps with the issue

    The portfolio issue is on the /dev site — the .org site I’m about to replace with all of the files I created in the /dev site. Sorry to be confusing!
    My main issue now is that I cannot update the theme.
