I had to contact my server admin (siteground) because the template page would not load. They temporarily fixed it but it may need a more permanent fix. I can also attach a screen shot if needed.
Siteground:
I traced the code of your application and found that the issue is caused due to a redirect loop to the admin-ajax.php script caused by the Enfold theme you are using. I changed temporarily changed it with another one and the page editing window appeared properly.Fixing the error would require extensive debugging and code modification which is beyond the scope of our support services.
We would recommend you to contact the theme author for further assistance.
Best regards,

Technical Support TeamDecember 9, 2014 at 7:03 pm #365472Hi ann_bailey!
Can you please post the link to your website? We may need a temporary admin login as well.
But first of all, please make sure that you are using the latest version of Enfold which is 3.0.4. If you are not, please update the theme – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/You can upload your screenshots on imgur.com or Dropbox public folder and post the links here
Cheers!

We are going to need FTP access for that. Please place freshly downloaded enfold.zip somewhere and tell us where so we can try updating the theme for you.

While updating the theme, i have notived that you have Enfold folder inside of wp-content folder. I guess you have accidentally placed the folder there instead of wp-content/themes folderBest regards,
