    I have paid for a regular license Enfold Theme and I have installed the child theme and the Enfold theme on my WordPress server.
    When I try to activate the child with my purchase code
    I get a error message saying that a problem occurred accessing your purchases. Unable to check for updates.

    You would need to generate a Personal Token and to insert it in Enfold theme options to receive auto updates. You can find the instructions in this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token

    You can use your purchase code to register to our support forum – https://kriesi.at/support/register/ and start new threads under Enfold sub forum whenever you have a question or an issue :)
