    I followed all the recommended steps, but still the menu is not displayed.
    Logo and menu items disappeared.

    Hey Identicx,

    Are you by any chance using a child theme and modified header.php in it? If so please copy the new header.php file from the 3.6 version parent theme and make your custom changes.

    If you still have any issues we need to take a closer look Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    you have permission to deactivate all plugins.
    I deactivated them, and the menu didn´t work.

    Hi!

    The account is not active yet. Please activate the account so that we can check the settings. The page markup is a little different from the default. For example, this is the only thing left in the header:

    <div class="header_bg"></div>
    

    The body id and class attributes are missing too.

    I already renewed my subscription to its support.
    I did everything you suggested, but the menu does not work.
    On the other hand, also does not work correctly the “testimonials”, more specifically the slider Testimonial (large) widget, added on the homepage.
    Slider controls do not work properly, both testimonial slider, and Partner / Logo Element.
    Everything was properly until the update last week.

    You’re still using an old version of the theme, 3.4.2. There are 3 enfold duplicates in the themes folder. Please activate the latest version 3.6.1 then remove the older ones.

    I activated the folder that was working properly before update, and delete the other two. Now everything is working like before the upgrade. I hope the answer now what happens. I Wish I did not have to wait 2 or 3 days as always.

    Nooo, I did it looking for a solution. Your support is very bad. You are slow, and when you log in to my site, you touch and go, and write any silly thing, and don´t come back for 2 or 3 days. I’m tired of waiting. Give a solution or give me back the money

    Regarding the issue, it is caused by the Google Analytics Tracking Code and the additional Facebook Pixel Code. Please make sure that the script is correct. http://pastebin.com/5QdapD9a

    UPDATE: It’s probably this line:

    .. replace it with:
