    Hello to all. I have a problem with the media gallery on my site. On desktop PC and smartphone, from my admin panel I can not see the images in the gallery anymore, while if I do the same thing from a tablet I see everything correctly. What could it be?

    Thanks for the login details. So it’s on the backend you are having this problem? I’m not sure what to look for to be honest, could you post a screenshot of the issue maybe?

    The problem is in my backend… I see the gallery only with the tablet but i dont’see this on my desktop pc.

    Hi,

    Thanks, I get the same problem on my end, though it’s likely not theme related. Could you try deactivating all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict please?

    hello and I’m sorry for the delay of this answer. I tried to disable all the plugins installed by woocommerce cookies but still do not see the gallery … inspecting the code I noticed that gives me this error but I can not solve .. Can you help me? Thank you

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)
