    Hi There,

    I’m trying to register for support. I’ve downloaded the purchase code from my ThemeForest account, but when I enter it in your registration page, it says that it is not valid.

    Thanks for contacting us!

    That should not be the case if you are using the purchase code for Enfold and not another item. If you are sure you are using the correct purchase code, please post your license here privately so we can try to manually register you :)
