    Dear Enfold team,
    we bought two Enfold single user licenses in June 2021 via Envato market. We bought it via an external Software Distributor (Bechtle) and not directly via our own Purchase department. Due to some delay and other problems with our projects, which should use these themes, we did not activate the licenses. As we tried it now, we discovered that this is not really possible anymore – we do not have access to the Envato market; we do not know the login credentials of the account, with which the licenses were bought.

    How can we activate the licenses? Can you do this for us?
    (The download was done in June, so the installation files are available.)

    Hi Sven,

    If you have bought your licenses from a third party, then you would have to bring this problem up with them. Whoever buys the license, has access to it in their Themeforest account.

    Hello Rikard,
    so, after some research I now found out, how our two Enfold themes were bought. They were bought from Compuwave directly over Kriesi. But we as a customer never received the login data of the purchasing account – Compuwave stated, that they do not share the account details. So we as the customer did not had the chance, to activate our two licenses.
    I also was informed, that our two Purchase Codes are now not valid any more. Is this correct?

    How can I proceed with this problem? Do I have to contact Compuwave? Or can you do anything?

    I hope, that there is still a way, to activate those licenses.

    Hi Sven,

    All purchases and licensing are handled by Themeforest/Envato, which is the only platform where our theme is available for purchase. If the company you bought the theme from is claiming that they have bought the licenses directly from us, then that is not correct. We can’t be responsible for third party purchases or transactions unfortunately, but I would recommend that you contact the company which you bought the licenses from for clarification.

    ok, thank you for the information, that you sell your themes only over Envato. Now I know, who to contact – Compuwave was the purchaser.
