My webmaster – the company was doing webpage for me, purchased Enfold theme by Envato Market. The purchase was made for me. Now, I have licence certyficate, but I can not register the code because I don’t have acces to his account. I have licensee author, purchase code, item id, purchase date, etc.
I have no contact with the webmaster and cannot register my copy of Enfold theme. He leaves our country more than year ago. He does not respond to emails and phone calls. He gave me access to the site and sent Licence Certyficate. I paid him for the licence.
How can I active my Enfold theme? How can I get API?
From Envato forum I received massage that they cannot help me and suggested to contact with you.I have my own account in Themeforest, and I have other copy of Enfold which I bought and activated for other webpage. But I still need to active my old copy of Enfold.

We can only help you with registering on our support forum, we don’t have any access to the Themeforest platform unfortunately. If you already own a license of the theme, then you can use those theme files to update the theme, but you would have to do it manually. If you don’t want to update manually, then you might want to consider buying an additional license.
