HI
I am trying to set up a woo commerce subscription on the site below. I am using a QuickPay payment gateway with a Woo Commerce integration. I’m not sure I have the payments all set up correctly, but am testing it and the checkout page layout is messed up – the payment window is running behind the footer. See the image below. Can you see what’s happening here or how to fix it?
Thanks for your help,
Nancy
Hey Munford,
Thank you for the inquiry.
It seems to be working properly on our end — it just redirects to the quickpay payment gateway after checking out. How can we reproduce the issue? (see private field)
Best regards,
Ismael
Hi,
Thank you for the update.
The site is loading relatively fast on our end, and according to gmetrix the largest element in the page (usually the slider) loads in less than 1.5s, but the whole page completely loads only after 2.9s. The home page is quite neat and simple, and there are not a lot of content in it, so it should be loading much faster. Is the site on a shared server or hosting?
You could try the recommendations provided by the testing tool to further improve the performance of the site. (see private field)
Best regards,
Ismael
