Hello, My site was ok, no problems and then, today, i entered to see it and the layout is very strange, disfigured, in all pages. I am worried. How can we fix this?
April 26, 2017 at 5:13 pm #783615Hey alvestaquara,
It looks like the text
x85393&
has been attached to your links to the CSS, javascript, and some image files, even files that have nothing to do with Enfold. (But don’t worry! Your files seem to be intact.)What was the last thing you did before the website became like this?
Best regards,
SarahApril 26, 2017 at 8:10 pm #783671Hello,sarah i don`t know how this happened, but the last thing I did before closing the login was : I went to the w3 total cache plugin and clicked in the box that said “empty all page caches”. Before, I was looking at the “Enfold”>”general styling” and i was looking at the colors of the content.
Can you fix this for me ? I dont know how to do this
Thanks, sthefany

so I think the problem was solved right?
thanks ,sthefany
April 29, 2017 at 5:53 pm #785054It’s magic! :) I haven’t touched any settings, either.
I checked the source code, and it looks like all your files have ‘x85393’ at the end — no ‘&’ this time. But the files are being accessed, which is the most important thing. I wonder why that happened. But it’s working now, so hooray! :D
Do you need help with anything else, or can we close this thread?
Cheers!
SarahMay 2, 2017 at 2:22 pm #786362Thanks, for the moment its fine. But would it be better to take out the ‘x85393’ at the end of the files, so as not to have more problems? could you do this for me?
Cheers, sthefany
May 2, 2017 at 6:26 pm #786610Hi,
Please update the theme to the latest version. That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)
To update to the latest version follow the simple instructions here. (Or if you want the super detailed explanation you can read this blog post)
If that does not help, feel free to reply here and we will take a closer look at the issue. In that case please also add your WordPress login credentials (in the “private data” field) so we can take a look at your admin area
Best regards,
Andy -
