I’m creating almost a duplicate of another website for the same client who has 2 different businesses. We’re going to use the exact same slider that we have on our current homepage (adamgraphic.com) on our new page (tradeprintus.com). I’ve copied everything exactly the same from the one website to the next. I’ve matched up the Slider Settings, then on each slider, copied the exact same transition settings and styles. But, for some reason, the slider on the new site (tradeprintus.com) is so much larger than the one on adamgraphic.com. I’ve been looking at all of the settings and I can’t figure out why the new one isn’t matching up. Is there something that you might suggest I check? I know the Layer Slider is built in to the theme and not an uploaded plugin, so I’m wondering if I’m missing something in the theme settings? I’m lost right now so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

    Hey Erin,

The site in private is not loading any CSS at all on my end, what happens if you select to delete the old CSS and JS files under Enfold->Performance?

    Best regards,

I did that. It worked at first but the slider wasn’t full screen. I went into the original website to match up the settings and saw in the Full Size slider setting option, “Enable full screen” was checked. I did the same for the slider on the tradeprintus.com site and it’s back to being very big again. It’s not matching the other slider though every detail from the original slider to the new one I’m putting together matches perfectly.

However I did what you said so maybe you’ll be able to see the CSS this time. Thank you!!

    Hi ESWEENEY113,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Best regards,
    Nikko
