Dear sir/madam,
I am having a problem with the layerslider in Internet Explorer. Sometimes the slide is shown correclty and sometimes items disappear. Each time I open or refresh it shows something else. In Chrome and Mozilla the banner is shown correctly. Can you help me?
Kind regards,

It seems to be working fine on my end. When I refreshed there were a couple of times where the image of the woman took a few seconds to download.
I noticed a few errors which could be causing problems.
Change your br tags from this.

To this.

Thanks for your response! I corrected the br tag in de footer.
It still doesn’t work in IE. Also tried it on a few other computers.
I think I can better use the revolution slider.
Or do you have any other solutions?Kind regards,

Ok I see it on my end now. I ran your site through the W3C validator, http://validator.w3.org/, and it looks like you still have some improper markup. Mostly elements that are not being closed properly. Let’s try fixing those to see what happens.
For example the logo image you have in your footer text widget should look like this.
<img src = "URL to your image" />
Cheers!
ElliottFebruary 15, 2015 at 4:06 pm #396387Hello Elliott,
I’ve fixed the image (html) errors. Only warnings remain on the W3C validator service, so I assume the html validation errors are all gone.
However, the problem persists. By the way: I can’t find a solution to the warning, it seems to me this is something in the theme itself.I also found another support topic like this:
https://kriesi.at/support/topic/w3c-html-validation-error-on-theme-can-you-help/By the way: the problem only occurs when you re-visit the page. A hard refresh always works properly.
Finally, i checked “Websafe fonts fallback for Windows” which seemed to work at first, but didn’t.
I’m all out of ideas, perhaps you can think of something else?
Thanks,
Michel

What happens when you deactivate all of your plugins and clear your browser cache?
Cheers!
ElliottFebruary 17, 2015 at 8:56 pm #397780Hi Elliot,
We went for the “revolution slider” option. This might have also been the cause, but since we ran out of time we
rebuilt the slider. Thanks for your support,
Kind regards,
