    hey there,

    i cant upload an image via for example in a fullscreen-slider, color-section etc. i tried to set the background image oder the image for a slide and hit the “add image” button, but nothing happens. usually the media-windows pop up and i can choose or upload a new image.

    latest enfold theme
    latest wp
    the folder has all rights
    already installed the enfold theme again

    does anybody know why this happens and the solution?

    i can upload images normal under media thats not the problem. i just cant add them inside an avia element.

    Also try increasing the memory allocated to PHP https://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

    Could you try deactivating all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict please?

    yes, i did it. surte. but did not help.

    for some reason it worked now again. did u changed something?

    No we didn’t, I’m guessing turning plugins on/off must have helped. Let us know if you should need any more help on the topic.
