Hi, when using my phone in horizontal format the background image of the header is not large enough. This does only apply for the startpage. (The pages don’t have this problem, probably because of the headline.) Any idea how to fix this?
Hey ThomasN001,
Thank you for the inquiry.
We are not able to reproduce the issue on our end. Please check the screenshot below. What is the actual size or screen resolution of the mobile device in your screenshots?

Hi Ismael, my phone is a Huawei P9. The screen resolution is 1080 x 1920.
A general question: Are only the browser apps responsible for the interpretation of a website’s code, or is this also affected by the OS version? (My browser apps are up to date, but my android version is pretty dated.)
Hi,
Thank you for the update.
The browser is completely responsible for the site rendering but the browser or app also depends on the OS, so the OS could affect the rendering or in some way indirectly responsible for the site rendering. The site should render fine as long as you are using a compatible version of the recommended browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Opera, Safari).
Best regards,
Ismael
Thanks for the explanation. So, why does it look fine on your phone and off on mine? The Firefox version is 105.1.0. btw.
Fixed the problem by using a minimum section height in px instead of %. So, it was all about the size of the display.
You can close the topic. Thanks, Ismael.
Regards,
Thomas
