Hello, i have a problem with my header in the Enfold template.
1.) Articles which I posed on design disappear on the next day and are gone in the database.
2.) When I write Blog-articles in the standard editor, the header is been shown correctly in the preview, included the title of the article and the category. But as soon as I change the standard editor to the extended editor and add for example 1/1 Layout elements, the header does not appear anymore in the preview. If I change the article in the preview in the standard editor, [av_textblock …] erasing the first and last line, the system works.
3.) If I click to the mainlink (news) on our Homepage the blog area appears.but without sidebar menu in which the categories and the last articles stood. The articles only appears, in the content area. When I click on the heading in an article, the sidbar menu appears on the left hand but without the graphics in the header.Greets Lucie

Thank you for using Enfold.
1.) What do you mean by “on design”? Is this a category? I tried to login to the site but the login credentials are incorrect. Please check it carefully.
2.) Could you please create two test posts so that we can see the issue? Use the advance layout builder in the first post and then the default editor for the second one. A screenshot will help as well.
3.) The sidebar is rendered below the main content. How did you add a layer slider in the blog page? And where is the container with class attribute “pf-content” comes from?
In the future, please create a single post for each inquiry. Thank you!
Best regards,

2.) That is the default template if you use the advance layout builder for posts. You have to add every elements, including the post title or “header” as you put it, manually. You can basically design the layout of the posts as you wish.
3.) There’s a container called “pf-content” added to the markup which is not from the theme. Please set the user role to administrator so that we can check the settings and the plugins.
Cheers!

1.) Unfortunately, there is no element for that. You can try the special heading element for the title and follow the instructions in the following thread if you want to add the post meta info. https://kriesi.at/support/topic/missing-category-info-in-post-meta-infos-using-alb/#post-589014
2.) Please set the user role to administrator so that we can check the settings and the plugins. Go to the Users panel, edit the user then set the Role to “Administrator”.
Cheers!

November 17, 2016 at 5:05 am #713347Hi,
The issue with the “News” page’s sidebar is caused by the “Print Friendly and PDF” plugin. Please contact the plugin author for more info or try another plugin.
