When I am logged in to WordPress my Google Maps works. Whether tablet, smartphone or Windows PC. If I log out of WordPress again then my Google Maps will no longer work under my Contact Page.
This is the link to my contact page:
I have the Enfold 4.5. API Key is also correct and is also recognized by the Enfold Theme. My WordPress version is 4.9.8Can you help me what the problem may be.
Sorry, I can not speak English very well, but I hope you can understand what I wrote.

Please send us a temporary admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
You can post in German if you like, we might reply you in English though, if that is ok with you?

October 23, 2018 at 5:18 am #1025235Hallo Uwe,
Thanks for that, though the map in the widget in your footer seems to be working fine on my end. Are you using the map element on other pages as well? Also, did you add billing details to the Google account connected to the API? It’s now a requirement to use the Google Maps API unfortunately.

The problem is still there. As soon as I am logged in to WordPress I will see the Google Maps. If I log out, Google Maps will not be displayed. This also applies to temporary access to WordPress.
The Google Account is correctly connected to the API and the billings details is activated.
Actually, the Google Map should also not work if you are logged in WordPress. In the beginning, the Google Map worked correctly. When it does not work anymore, I can not say. I noticed it only a few days ago.
The google maps are located in the footer and on the contact page. The temporary access is still active.

@locke95: I can see these errors in the console but I’m not really sure where they’re coming from.(index):725 Uncaught SyntaxError: Invalid or unexpected token (index):746 Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token < /kontakt/undefined:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()
A plugin conflict may be one of the reasons for this issue.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to the latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict. We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.
Thanks for your cooperation :)

IsmaelOctober 27, 2018 at 6:45 pm #1027158Hi Ismael,
I had disabled all plugins and then logged out of WordPress. Then I called the website but the Google Maps is not watching. Then I logged in again in WordPress and called up the website. Then the map is watching again. The problem still remains. If you are logged into WordPress the map works, you log out the map does not work anymore. The problem of Google Map is not due to the installiereten plugins.
Best regards

IsmaelNovember 4, 2018 at 3:16 pm #1029617I have waited a few days and apparently the map works now. However, I do not know now what was the reason.
I have a new problem now. The social media icons are no longer visible. Only the e-mail icon can be seen. However, if I am logged in to WordPress then the icons will work in the upper right corner. If I log out of WordPress the icons are not visible. That’s exactly how it was with the Google Map. I do not know what’s going on.Best regards,
UweNovember 5, 2018 at 5:23 am #1029755Hi Uwe,
Thanks for the update. Your new problem is likely due to caching, could you try to clear the cache from your plugins and leave it deactivated to see if that helps please? When to not use a caching plugin
Best regards,
RikardNovember 5, 2018 at 6:06 pm #1029975Hi Rikard
Right. It was the cache. I have clear the cache and then the social icons were visible. Google Maps works too. Now everything works perfectly.
Many thanks for the help.
Best regards
