    Hi,

I want to add FB Pixel and therefore rename the google cookie conent to just “allow tracking cookies” or something like that in a further step.
However I can’t toggle the google analytics switch.
It shows “Bitte aktiviere diese Funktion in Ihren Browsereinstellungen und lade die Seite neu”, which means “please activate the function in your browsersettings and reload the page”.
How do I get rid of that?
    Thanks

    Hey maxh_muc,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

We checked the site but we can’t find the same warning that you described above. Would you mind providing a screenshot? You can use imgur, savvyify or dropbox for the screenshot. Thanks.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi,

    Thank you for the screenshot.

Did you place the pixel script in the Enfold > Google Services > Google Analytics Tracking Code field? Please note that the privacy toggle (in the screenshot) will only control the scripts that have been added in the Google Analytics Tracking Code field.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi Ismael,
thank you very much for the answer and the warning.I did put the pixel code to the analytics code to use the common cookie toggle as shown in the screenshot I provided. However it was not exatly the answer to my question which was: Why can’t I toggle the switch shown on the screenshot.

    Thank you!

EDIT: I was able to solve it myself.
There is a standard-function in FireFox in the Settings-DataProtections tab to send a “Do not Track” Message to the browser. Enfold seems to respect that and disables the google cookie consent
