    Hello,

    I have updated my wordpress to 4.3.1 and since then i have lost all my images in :

    I only have blank for images

    Porfolio pages
    Galleries
    Easy sliders

    I have tried several times to reinstall wordpress and the enfold them. Automatically and thru FTP. but nothing changed

    Please help !!!!

    Hi musitec!

    Your getting a few javascript errors. Let’s try the following.

    1. Deactivate all plugins and clear your cache.

    2. Completely delete Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest.

    i already did this.

    nothing changed

    i also noticed that the editor isn’t working on text blocks (the text is white and the menu bar disappeared)

    Hi,

    You are still getting Javascript errors and overwriting theme files should work, could you try it again with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    hi, it seemed to work

    I came back few hours later, it disappeared again, i didn’t change anything since it last worked

    can it be a server problem ? i am using cpanel to manage the website

    Need help

    Hi!

    Are you using any cache solution?
    When you say, using Cpanel to manage the site, you mean Cpanel code editor, to edit the files?

    No cache solution

    http://cpanel.com/ is the tool given by my hosting provider, maybe there is parameter to change.

    yes please do whatever you want

    it is strange, when i re-upload the enfold folder by ftp, it sometimes comes back for a few hours, then disappears again

    Because i didn’t have news from you i reuploaded the enfold folder

    Everytime i do that i works for a few hours rhen the images disappear again

    Let’s wait. I’ll email you if it happens again.

    But i imagine the problem is still there.

    Hi, I have the same problem, I have updated my wordpress to 4.3.3 and since then i have lost all my images in porfolio pages, galleries and easy sliders.

    I maked a fresh copy from my themeforest account via FTP but it doesn’t work…

    Hi @lauramatthys,

    Not sure why you are having those problems, could you try deleting one of your Enfold installations (the one you are not using) to see if that helps please?

    Hi,

    Yes, but it doesn’t work. still a problem with displaying sliders, galleries, …
    In the enfold and enfold child, it’s the same problem.

    Something else to do?

    Hi,

    When i had that kind of problem i realised that i have a virus on my server. It created thousand of fake pages on my web site.

    When i deleted them, it came again.

    My only solution was to delete everything and restart from scratch.

    Hope it can help.

    The problem was the woocommerce plugin…

    I reload the woocommerce from their website in my FTP and it worked, my sliders, galleries are now OK.

    But i’ve a new problem, the poducts are not displayed correctly. There’s no pictures, normally i have a grid 4×4 products. And i can’t add a product directly in the cart. I try to change the displaying in the woocommerce settings but it doesn’t change anything…

    What can i do?
