Problem with Fullwidth Slider when using slide that includes text

Hi there,

I’m working with the full screen slider on the home page of my site.

Besides using images, I also want to use a slide that has a header and short text on it. It’s a case study type of thing I’m thinking about.

I’ve tried using different dimensions to create that slide including 1,500 x 1,500 px and 1,030 x 1,030px with “no scaling” selected. However, nevertheless, your theme seems to just focus on the center of that slide and scale it nevertheless.

Aren’t there any specific dimensions, where no scaling occurs? I understand that the predefined “Large” and Extra Large” settings are all square. Shouldn’t there be some that are rectangular to avoid distortion?
