Please can you help me find out why the Enfold theme does not load fontello icons that we have created.
It gives the error “Couldn’t add the font because the server didn’t respond. Please reload the page, then try again”.
Is there anything we need to do and or is there any other way to activate the customized icons?

Can you post the link to your website please? Which version of Enfold are you using?

I downloaded the latest version of Enfold last week before we started.

September 3, 2014 at 7:16 am #312672Hey!
Thank you for the update.
We will be needing the actual font file that you want to add. Please post a download link here. You can use dropbox or any other media uploader tools. We would like to test it on our installation. Have you tried adding a single icon font only on a single zip file before uploading them?
Cheers!

Thanks for your response. Yes, we have tried adding a single icon font, but that did not work.
Please download the zipped font file here –> http://www.callcabinet.us/wp-content/uploads/2014/09/fontello-0a7c3436.zip

Can you please try re-updating the theme via FTP – http://vimeo.com/67209750
Make sure to overwrite all files especially config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/font-manager.class.phpRegards,
YigitSeptember 3, 2014 at 4:27 pm #312976Hi Yigit,
We have re-downloaded the theme and tried uploading a font again and it still does not work. Is there anything else you can suggest?
We are hosting with Godaddy CPanel.
September 3, 2014 at 4:33 pm #312983Hi!
Please try to increase the allocated memory to 128M: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
Cheers!
YigitSeptember 5, 2014 at 8:47 am #313856Hi Yigit,
Thanks for your help. We did increase the allocated memory to 128M, however we have fixed the problem now.
GoDaddy does not enable zip support in PHP by default, to resolve you need to do the following:
In cPanel, click on “Select PHP Version.” On that page there should be a list of PHP options. Make sure zip is checked then save the config. If it isn’t there, you’ll need to select a different version of PHP.September 5, 2014 at 2:46 pm #314036 -
