    Hi,

    We have noticed that your theme isnt compatible with the plugin “WP BAKERY PAGE BUILDER” and “ESSENTIAL GRID” this is a big problem. Because we will have to start the web from the beginning
    That’s why we want to ask you to return the theme, I hope this doesn´tt cause you a lot of problems, I hope you can understand it!

    Hey cfblasant,

    Are the plugins not compatible with our layout builder or is our layout builder not compatible with the plugins; difficult question really. If you want a refund then you will have to contact Envato support.

    Hi,
    I have been using Enfold theme for many years so far. Around 6 months ago I have purchased Essential Grid and both were working fine till now, as Essential Grid simply stopped working now. Is there a way round this issue? As my whole portfolio section is based in that plugin and I wouldn’t want to redesign everything once again.

    Hi Pawel,

    Can you please check the Theme options > Performance and uncheck the loading jQuery in the footer?

    Hi Victoria,

    many thanks for that. It worked back when you have responded to this ticket.
    Unfortunately it is doing same thing as before even with unchecked jQuery in the footer, any other ideas?

    I don’t see the errors anymore and the pages seem to work.

    Could you please attach some screenshots of the issue or explain a bit more which part is not working?

    I have the same problem as Pawel,
    The grids are no longer displayed since the last update of enfold.
    Can you tell me how you did to solve this problem?
