    Hello
    I support about 45 websites with Theme Enfold.
    The update from 4.4.1 to 4.5 does not work.
    I have read a lot in this forum.
    If I install the “Envato Market” plugin and use the “API Personal Token” then the token is accepted. But the Enfold update does not work here either.
    If I install the plugin “Update Theme and Plugins from Zip File” and install Enfold.zip, the update works.
    However, the token will not be accepted afterwards. I’ve also created a new token, all settings as you described (everything selected as described). If I click «Revalidate or remove the token», nothing happens. Next time I go to “Theme update”, this message comes up:

    “Last time we checked the token we were not able to connect to Envato:
    Purchases could not be accessed
    Username could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
    Email could not be accessed (needed for your information only) ”

    How should I proceed? I want to keep all 45 websites up to date.

    Hi Simon,

    Could you please post FTP and WP admin logins of one of the installations where you updated Enfold to 4.5 but personal token is not working? If not inserted in Enfold theme options, please provide token as well.

    I deleted your personal token from the field, saved, inserted it back and saved again and it worked. Please review your website

    Hi,
    Many thanks for the help.
    This looks like a very strange problem.
    If I do it the way you have told me, it will not work.
    Then I logged out and closed the browser.
    Then I opened an incognito window with Google Chrome and tried again. Then it worked!
    It looks like it might have something to do with sessions or cookies.
