    Hi.

    I’ve recently updated to WordPress 4.5 and now have a photograph on my homepage that doesn’t show up. Everything else is intact. I’ve tried all of the tricks that are listed under your suggestions and would also add that I deleted and re-uploaded the photograph. Still nothing.

    Please update the theme to the latest version. That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)

    We have the following error:

    Disabled all plug-ins. Checked after I disabled each one. No difference.

    You have my complete attention and time. This is an active e-commerce site. My client is going crazy even though this is the home page and only a picture that is affected. I really appreciate your efforts on his behalf.

    Great News on this end!

    This morning WordPress released a new update for their software. I loaded it and my problem was resolved!!

    Thank you for all of your help. I hope that more of your clients try this simple fix.

    @BrendaSarg     Usually there are 2 places you can find the error one is on the main browser and the other is in js console when you open the dev tools by pressing F12.


    @relaycg     Glad the update worked for you. I checked your site and yes it is now working correctly however there is one image which is not correctly linked to fix it please reupload the image.

    Please check the link to the broken image in private.
