    Dear,

    We bought your theme Enfold in 2013 and now it doesn’t works with actual WordPress and PHP version. Do you think if we replace your new template Enfold by FTP, the website can work again ?

    Yes, it would. Please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/#update-via-ftp and update to the latest version via FTP. After that, please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token and generate a Personal Token and insert it in Enfold theme options so you would receive auto updates in WP dashboard and can keep the theme updated :)
