Hi,
I’m the webmaster of a site created with the Enfold Theme.
The webpage was created by a webmaster time ago, and she used the money of my actual client (and the page owner) to buy the theme with her personal user name and password.
Now I’m in charge of the webpage and I’m having some issues with the theme.
She left for us the registered username and the API key for updates.

Api Key: vlgo97o45tbpv088i41e02352umh1v6mThe contact with the previous webmaster was lost, and we want to solve the problem we have.

Sorry about your problems. Could you try deactivating all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict please?
If that is not the case then please send admin login details so that we can have a closer look.

Thanks for the details. Did you try to clear the cache from your caching plugin? Are we allowed to disable plugins for testing purposes if that should not be the problem?

I have solved que problem. I have searched in internet and I got this:
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/43497189/wordpress-editor-js-error-typeerror-cannot-read-property-get-of-undefinedI thought it was an stupid problem that the user may be causing javascript problems. But it works. I created a new admin user and I could be able to save and update the pages.
I will try to contact the old webmaster to see if she keeps the purchase email so I can register a new account.
