Hi!
Strange problem is occuring when viewing a website I made using Enfold – on Safari on my iPad (mini, Air, Airpad2) I get strange errors or strange behaviours.
Sometimes PNG images are displayed strangely – but also sometimes portfolio items are displayed at the partners at the bottom of the website. On desktop everything is working correctly on Safari and Chrome..

June 17, 2015 at 5:30 am #460538Hi!
I had a look at your site using iPad mini/latest version of Safari but I couldn’t see any of the problems like in your screenshots, are there any special steps to reproduce the error?

Thanks for responding to my question.
The strange thing is that from all the mobile devices I am using my iPad mini is the only one that displays the website correct. If I watch using a iPhone 6 or an iPad Air or a iPad 2 then I get these problems. All these devices are up to date – and are only showing this kind of behaviour using Safari. When I use Chrome there is not a problem!
I already tried to disable all the plugins to see if that has any effect – but no luck. I also changed all the .png files for .jpg but also no effect..

please try to deactivate all plugins to see if one is causing this problems. You can provide us admin access so we can take a deeper look into the issue, but if we can’t reproduce the problem then we can’t do much.
Make sure to use newest theme and WordPress version.
Also clear browser cache for all your devices and refresh your website a few times afterwards.Regards,

June 23, 2015 at 11:20 am #463272Hi Andy,
Just made a copy of my website and updated Enfold there to the latest and that seems to have solved the problem without disabling any plugins or clear cache. Will look into it at home using several iPads to see if the problems stay away like before – but it seem like the Enfold 3.2.1 update has solved my problems.
Will come back to you asap!
