Good morning. Yesterday I bought an enfold theme for a client of mine. After making the purchase I downloaded the template on my pc. This morning when I went to do the installation gives me this error. How can I solve this problem? Thanks to all in advance.

    Hey minogig,

What exactly did you do to get that error message? Where can we see and reproduce the problem?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

Hello and thank you for your support.
It happens to me when I try to install the theme. The moment I load the file infold.zip reproduces the error. I hope I answered the question correctly

    Hi,
I assume this is a new clean install, can you include admin login in the Private Content area so we can be of more assistance in getting this installed for you?
Your error could be from a PHP time or size limitation, if you include FTP access we might be able to bypass those limitations.
Do you know which demo you would like installed, if any?

    Best regards,
    Mike

The problem is that I have this installation locally, the site is not yet in production. I’m developing it in localhost

    Hi minogig,

Can you share your installation details in private?

    Best regards,

Hello and thanks for your patience. What do you mean by installation details?

    Hi,
Thank you for explaining further that you are on a localhost, as for your localhost installation what are your PHP settings?
    Here is an example:

    PHP Version: 7.0.x
    PHP Time Limit: No limit
    PHP Memory Limit: 256M
    PHP Post Max Size: 50M
    PHP Max Upload Size: 20M

Your error seems to be saying that your upload_max_filesize or post_max_size is to small.
Try searching YouTube for a video that shows how to change this setting in Xampp, such as this one. That is if you are using Xampp.
Another way around this is to extract the theme folder directly in your /wp-content/themes/ directory since you are on localhost you don’t really need to upload the theme, but you may still have other issues if you don’t set your PHP settings correctly.

    Best regards,
    Mike

Good evening and thanks for the support always clear and fast.
I followed your advice and copied the template directly into the site folder. Now everything is ok, at least until now it has given me no problems.
    Thanks again
    Cosimo
