    Hi,

    Re: Enfold Church

I am having a problem while viewing some of the Demo pages in Microsoft Edge. Fine in Chrome & Firefox but the top of the white content box in front of the Color Section has a grey band on all of the About pages.

Any idea how to fix it?

    Thanks
    Brian

    Anyone looked at this?

    Hi,

    Thank you for using Enfold.

Could you provide a screenshot of the issue? I checked the site on IE but I can’t see the “grey band” anywhere.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

How do I add an attachment?

    Hi,

Please use imgur or dropbox. I asked the rest of the support team to check the thread.

You can get the image here!

It happens on all the demo pages.

    Hi,

There seems to be a style of -60px being applied. Have you already imported the demo to your own site?

    Hi,
In this issue the Edge browser is applying the background-color and opacity incorrectly. To solve we can apply a z-index to the element. Try this code in the General Styling > Quick CSS field:

    .avia-builder-el-first .content {z-index: -100 !important; }

    2017-11-18_083649
This works for the demo site, if you still have issues with your site after clearing your cache, post a link to your site so we can adjust the classes in the code.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hi,
The z-index should have no effect on scrolling, you can try a plugin such as: MouseWheel Smooth Scroll to see if that helps.

If I remove that code it is smooth? If it is smooth at your end then I will just put it down to my PC and wait to see if someone complains.

    Thanks

    Hi,

I see no jump. Did you try the plugin Mike suggested?

    Best regards,

Why do I need a plugin? I remove the code and it’s smooth. If it works for you then fine it will probably work for other visitors.

Edge isn’t the most popular of browsers anyway!

    Thanks

    Hi,

The plugin was suggested simply to alleviate the jumping issue you mentioned. It’s not mandatory at all. Did you still need further help with this topic?
