    Hi everyone. I know I’ll be out ot but I would like to ask you a hand with enfold and the ninja popup plugin, because the alternatives are 2. or I’m the one that makes the wrong settings or there could be some conflict. Can I ask cmq to you? I ask before, you never know :)

    Sorry for my english. I’m italian :)
    I have created a popup on entry to the site that asks me if I am of age and seems to work properly. then I created another popup to join a special offer that I would like to appear throughout the site. unfortunately this last popup is not displayed. surely I will miss something in the settings. Can someone help me, maybe by logging into the site with administrator credentials? Thank you so much for your help. Unfortunately it is urgent.

    Hello and thank you for your availability.
    I leave you the credentials to be able to log in as the site administrator.
    Maybe you can figure out which settings are wrong.
    Thank you so much for your help. In practice today only the popup on the home page for the age request works.

    Thanks for the update.

    I’m not really sure why the other popup is not displaying and I don’t see any errors in the site. Did you contact the plugin authors? I’m sure they’ll be able to help you. Is it working on a default theme?
