    Hello,
    I help my friend with his website https://roulonsavelo.fr/
    The problems are, since the last updates, Avia editor doesn’t load on Pages (back-end) and switch with classic editor is not working anymore.
    I think the website has en Enfold child theme, but its editor’s link is not working.
    I try to change/activate/desactivate plugins Classic Editor and Disable Gutenberg wihout success.
    We are OK to have Enfold theme instead of Enfold chid theme. Can you look at the problems please or do you have any solutions to try?

    Hey Volpi Emilie,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    The site contains a very old version (3.8.2) of the theme, which is no longer compatible with the current version of WordPress and a lot of plugins. You have to upgrade the theme to version 5.4.1, toggle the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings, then purge the cache.
