Hi, on the website: http://www.intrige-preview.nl/Seac/
we have a problem on editing a specific page: http://www.intrige-preview.nl/Seac/wp-admin/post.php?post=152&action=edit&lang=nl
this can be edited as an administrator, but not as an editor, while other pages do not have this problem.what could be wrong?
November 14, 2016 at 10:58 pm #712202Hey intrige!
That is because of the latest update of enfold.
If you create a new account, of an editor, it will work fine. Thanks a lot
Best regards,
BasilisNovember 15, 2016 at 5:54 pm #712546Hi Basilis,
Thank you for your reply. unfortunately, creating a new user does not do the trick on this specific page. I tested it in IE and Chrome, on windows 7 and 8… what else could be wrong?
November 17, 2016 at 6:38 am #713379Hi,
Could you please provide an editor account so that we can test it? Please try to add this in the functions.php file.
remove_filter('avf_allow_drag_drop', 'avia_disable_alb_drag_drop', 30, 1);
Best regards,
IsmaelNovember 22, 2016 at 12:05 am #715059Hi, thanx for your reply.
I tried to put the code in functions.php, but unfortunately, no result. I’ll provide you with the account credentials.

November 24, 2016 at 11:57 am #716365Hey!
I inspected it using administrator and editor account, though I don’t see any error or any restrictions telling that the account doesn’t have enough privileges but when using editor the content just doesn’t load and you just see a spinning icon? is that correct? if yes, I couldn’t identify the cause since there was no error or anything but I tried duplicating the page (link below in private content), can you try to test there if it’s there’s any issues? I tried using editor accound and didn’t have any issues with editing.
Cheers!
NikkoDecember 5, 2016 at 2:41 pm #720468Hi Nikko,
Thanx! the editing problems do not occur in the post you created, while the issues keep occurring on other pages. Does this help you in your quest? I am curious what is different in this page compared to the others.
December 8, 2016 at 5:30 am #721790Hi,
There is a “locked-indicator” beside the “Projecten” page when you are logged in as an editor. Did you install any “user role” or “members” plugin prior to the issue?

December 14, 2016 at 7:19 am #724142Hi,
I’m sorry but I’m not really sure. One workaround is to save the content as template and then delete the page. Create another then apply the saved template.

June 7, 2017 at 4:16 am #804807Hi,
You can create a new topic here: https://kriesi.at/support/forum/enfold/
I can’t find the “green color issue”. Please create a new thread then provide a screenshot of the issue. We’ll close this one for now.
Best regards,
