Problem with [av_product_button] breaking pages for woocommerce products - Support

Further to this topic https://kriesi.at/support/topic/av_product_button-breaking-pages-in-woocommerce-products/ I am still seeing issues after the recommended solution. The blank product page issue is rectified however the booking calendar and booking button do not display as they had previously. Login details are included below.
