Problem with an internal anchor

Hi. I have a problem with an internal anchor: it looks correct but doesn’t work. In the page

the third “RICHIEDI INFORMAZIONI” button

should link to the contact form at the bottom of the page.
In the “RICHIEDI INFORMAZIONI” button, I set the link manually and assigned the custom field #contatti

and the section containing the contact form at the bottom of the page has custom ID attribute “contatti”

but the link still only redirects to the page, not reaching the section with the contact form. I checked and everything looks correct, I don’t understand where the error is :((
