Hi,
I would like to use the advanced editor to create or edit posts. But every time I switch from standard to advanced the post-image disappears from the post single view.
The post-image is set and displayed on the blog-overview. But not on the single-post-page.
Can you help me?
Example-link on private content.
Best regards
Hey northorie,
I’m not sure that I fully understand your question, but if you are using the Layout Builder to create posts, then all content needs to be added to it manually. You can use the Image element in order to display images for example.

Yeah, but it’s not so pretty as the one with the standard-editor. What’s the difference?
Hi,
Thank you for the update.
When using the Advance Layout Builder (ALB), all default elements, such as the featured image or post meta info (date, author, categories, etc.), will not display automatically. You will have to start from a blank canvas and insert the elements manually. If you need to display the standard post template, you will have to switch back to the default editor.
Best regards,
Ismael
Alright, so I just need to switch back to standard to get the post-image.
Topic can be closed, thank you!
Hi,
Thanks for the update. Please open a new thread if you should have any further questions or problems.
