I’m using Enfold theme version 4.5.4 and WordPress version 5.1 , this is going to a little tricky to explain ;-)
I’m using the Left Sidebar menu option with main menu items set for grey. I want to be able to have the current page users are on show up in white so that users can clearly see what page they are on as they navigate the menu items.
1 As you can see in image below I have the main Menu links set for for white and to only “Apply to Active State”

2. As you can see in image below it works fine for Human Resources and all other menu items except the ones mentioned below because they have sub menu items.

3. So when I’m on the home page it shows Accounting,Business Development and Estimating as if they were the current active page as well a Home.
Only Home should be active here.
What I found out is that any Main Menu item that has a sub folder does this , so not sure what the bug is here. see image below.
