Problem with Accordion feature

I’m having issues with the accordion feature advanced layout builder. It’s set to have 1 item open initially in accordion mode. On the page, all items are open and when I click the “-” icon it says “#toggle-id-1-closed” but it’s still open. This is happening on all items.

I’ve tried deactivating and re-activating all plugins in and I’ve cleared my cache. All of my plug-ins are updated and wordpress/enfold are updated too.

My back up plan was to insert a “Read More” tag in a text box for each question, but that feature is not working either. When entered, all text after the tag still shows up on the page. On the bottom of this same page, the text box in the right column has a “Read More” tag before “Here are some examples…” but is displaying all of the text.

Not sure if something could be causing both of these issues. But ideally, I would be able to use the accordion feature if nothing else. I’ve included link and login below. Thanks in advance for your help!
