Hello,
I have just moved my website from WAMP on my local computer to my VPS.
I have followed the guide at WPBEGINNER on how to update permalinks, paths and url in wp_options after move. When I try to add a masonry grid with entries only from a specific course am I always getting the same entries (Statistisk metodik entries) to show no matter what I choose. If I choose for an example only to show entries of “Flervariabelanalys” in the masonry grid then it still shows entries that belong to Statistisk metodik.
My own thought is if it is something in the database or PHP files that still needs to be updated that creates this error. I am looking forward to your help :)

Can you try to move your site using Duplicator? It does a very good job updating permalinks, paths and urlsBest regards,
MikeMarch 19, 2017 at 2:25 pm #763193Hello Mike,
I tried using duplicator but the theme, post etc wasn’t exported. Only a new setup of WordPress.
PS: Isn’t there an easy way to update things like the duplicator is supposed to do as the permalinks, path etc? I would really appreciate that since we have already made some new content on the hosted website :)
March 19, 2017 at 2:44 pm #763202Hi!
Can you please delete the .htaccess from your live and then go to Permalinks and re-create them?
Thank you
Cheers!
BasilisMarch 19, 2017 at 11:53 pm #763377Hello Basilis,
Thank you for taking your time to help me.
I renamed the file in the root folder. Thereafter I went to Settings -> Permalinks -> Save the settings again. However without any result. I am using NGINX instead of Apache. If I have understood the documentation correctly then something else has to be done since .htaccess isn’t working in the same way on NGINX as on Apache :)Thanks in advance!
March 20, 2017 at 6:50 am #763503Hi Carl Gustaf,
Could you please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

RikardMarch 20, 2017 at 11:40 am #763573Hi Rikard,
Greetings from Skaune :)
I just want to confirm that Rikards method worked. I downloaded the theme files from Themeforest and updated it through FTP. Somehow the bug mentioned in my first post was removed. Know blog entries show up correctly depending on the category of post entries I choose.PS: I haven’t tried all categories yet but it worked for a few so I assume it works for the rest. Otherwise, I update with a post here for further research.
Thanks, Rikard and the rest of the Enfold-team for helping out fast.
