    Hi there,

    I saw the reference below with no answers. I am having the exact same problem. Any findings?

    >Recently noticed problems with the ability to upload images in the administrator when adding/editing a product.

    The main problem is, for the Product Gallery – when you click the link in the admin to add images, it just kicks you back up to the top of the product page – doesn’t load anything (pop-up to add images).

    For the Product Image (featured images), when you click the link to upload, it is a loading a “full” page, as opposed to the “pop-up”. Adds the image, but obviously doesn’t re-direct back to the product page after saving.

    I’ve disabled all other plugins except WooCommerce, and the problem still persists.

    I’ve tried activating another theme, and everything works fine, so please help me correct this error.

    Hey Martazettle!

    Have you tried uploading them beforehand in Media > Add and then selecting them (instead of uploading) in the Gallery element?

    Hi Jossue,

    It doesn’t even let me get there. When I click on the add product gallery images button, it simply takes me to the top of the page and it never opens the box to add or upload images.

    Hey!

    Sorry for the delay.

    The above credentials do not work please send us working login credentials with admin rights and permission to disable all plugins and add css if necessary to resolve the issue.

    There was a error in the URL we were able to login using the correct URL.

    Some theme files are corrupt it might be due to a plugin conflict or the file might have not been uploaded properly.
    Please overwrite all theme files via FTP it should work fine. To install the theme vis FTP follow these steps

    Hi Vinay,
    Sorry for the mistake in the URL. Here is the correct one.
    I had placed an underscore instead of a dash between wp-admin. It’s been 8 days since my last e-mail to your last response. Am I going to have to wait an additional 8 days?
