I am having issues uploading demo imports.
Some simply do not import others have following error message:
Warning: file_get_contents(/var/sites/l/leadprovider.co.uk/public_html//wp-content/themes/enfold%20FEB%2018/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/icon/icon.css): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/sites/l/leadprovider.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold FEB 18/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/asset-manager.class.php on line 238
I have tried, deleting wordpress and tried latest version of enfold theme.
Please help!

Can I ask what webhost you are using? I have seen that some godaddy hosting has a similar issue and we assisted with a manual install. I would recommend removing your “wplocker.com” plugin, these are really not safe to use and you should probably delete the WordPress install all together and start over.Best regards,

Yes, I would recommend a new install of WordPress.
ask your host to update your PHP to version 7 but not v7.2 Your other PHP setting were good.
If this doesn’t help, then tell us which demo you would like and we can help with a manual install.
Will you be able to use PHPmyAdmin to update the database, and ftp to add the files?
If you want our help with that we will need WordPress and cPanel logins.Best regards,
MikeFebruary 22, 2018 at 3:13 pm #916122Hey,
thank you for your fast reply! I updated the PHP version to 7 and installed WordPress once more.
But that did not help. I am able to install the demo content with FileZilla but I don’t know where and in which file.
The login for WordPress is in the private data. If you need the other login I will try to find it…Best regards

MikeFebruary 28, 2018 at 1:09 pm #919015Hi Mike
All working fine now, thanks for all your help.
I have tried the same on another wordpress install, have exactly the same issues.
Is there a fix for this or will we have to do the same again as per your suggestion on February 22, 2018 at 3:00 pm
Thanks
odpFebruary 28, 2018 at 2:06 pm #919053Hi,
Is this one also on the TSO host?
I would ask your host if there is any security that can be temporary turned off, or something like PHP Boost.
The Strato webhost has a similar issue with the demos, and their team believes that the PHP Boost option maybe the cause for the errors, but I still can’t verify.
Perhaps your host has something similar? This is their help article to Disable the PHP Boost Look near the bottom of the page for “Enable PHP Boost” and do the opposite.
Otherwise we could manually install again.
Best regards,

For the button and pricing table styling, I think I recognize this issue, please try updateing the theme manually via FTP. But please delete the theme folder (enfold) completely and then upload the new theme folder. Please don’t try to overwrite the theme folder with new files.Best regards,

Yes you would do this on FTP or cPanel file manager, from your error messages earlier it looks like your folder structure was:/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold FEB 18/
if that is still true you will need to ensure you keep the same folder structure when you replace it. Your settings are stored in the database, and your images are stored in a different folder so you won’t be touching them.
I tried to login to your cPanel to check but couldn’t, if you would like me to assist please include new login details.Best regards,

Ok, I will do it right now, please logout for now. I see /enfold FEB 18/ is v4.2.1 and /enfold/ is v4.2.4, so I’m assuming you are using /enfold/
I’ll let you know when I’m done.Best regards,
MikeMarch 1, 2018 at 2:29 pm #919657Hi Mike
Just logged out, to be honest not sure which version is in use.
Thanks
oddMarch 1, 2018 at 2:42 pm #919665Hi,
Ok, I renamed the folder to /enfold-delete/ and uploaded the new enfold, and it now works correctly.
I didn’t delete the folder because over ftp it takes a while, can you delete it? I would also recommend deleting /enfold FEB 18/ if you are not going to use it. The fastest way is to use the file manager in your cPanel.
Please clear your browser cache and check to confirm that all is working correctly.Best regards,
