    Hi, I tried to update Enfold but got the error regarding needing to generate a new token. I don’t really understand this and couldn’t find any step by step instructions. I added a token but it doesn’t validate. Worse still, now the key that was there has disappeared so now I have no record of purchasing the theme as I didn’t take a screenshot of the key.

    The website is not allowing any updates to be saved and I urgently need to make some changes as it hasn’t been updated in over a year.

    This Envato token thing is a complete mess. Any help you can give me is very welcome indeed.

    Your complete documentation leaves me confused. I bought your Enfold theme and I want to register it. I have my Item Purchase Code. Direct me to a page I can input my Item Purchase Code and get my token, or whatever.is needed for updates. Don’t ask me to plod through your unclear instructions and then guess which permissions to check off on your list of Permissions Needed. All I want to do is to register your product so I can get updates and support (I hope to never need it).

    Hi Thomas,

    We didn’t design the system, Envato/Themeforest did. The documentation I posted earlier is what we have, if there is something in there which you don’t understand then please ask more specific questions.
