    I have a problem in Explorer Windows Phone 8.1 (Denim), if I put a custom color in the background of a Color section, he comes to supperposer some previous elements, blocks Raw images in a Grid. The module slider is visible items in this Grid Raw and the menu is full with between Grid Raw and Color Section.
    If I delete the custom color everything is visible.
    This problem does not occur with Explora.

    Bug color section Windows Mobile Explorer

    Post made with Google traduction, sorry.
    Regards.

    EDIT : I tested the mobile browsers on Windows … is misery. : (
    The site tested on Android KitKat is fully functional, it is ultimately the point.

    Hey Jean!

    I don’t have a Windows Phone to test but based on the description of the problem, i’d try the following:
    1. Remove the custom color from the affected section.
    2. Set a custom ID to it.
    3. Add this to Quick CSS:

    #custom_color{
    background: gray;
    }

    Best regards,
    Josue

    Hi, I found the same, but without changing color. Used standard as in template and color sections don’t work on WP. It uses only one background as fixed on whole site. Here is screen from your demo site opened on WP8.1:

    Hi!

    Sorry for the late reply!
    Unfortunately none of team members have a Windows phone. Not sure if it would work but could you please try adding following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab

    @media only screen and (max-width: 769px) {
    .avia-msie-11 .avia-section { background-size: cover !important; }}

    Cheers!

    Hi!
    unfortunately nothing. I tried .main_color {background-color: #b02b2c !important} too, without success. Everything is fine when I don’t use color sections. It looks to show section with image background on whole site, other sections are transparent. Is it possible that it may be problem with z-index? Just an idea, because it looks that one section background is always on top.

    I have the same issue. And in my opinion a professional company who earns money with their products should also have a windows phone for testing, too. Please fix this ASAP. We already have customers complaining about the Windows Phone issue.

    Additonal notes: Internet Explorer one Windows Phone 8.1 (denim) is rendering the site correct when in “Desktop Mode”. As soon as you switch to “Mobile Mode”, which is default, the color sections are completely broken. If you have more than one color section, only the picture of the last color section is displayed and it’s covering the whole screen!. (I think some mobile queries in the CSS might cause this issue).

    You guys should definitely get a windows phone to fix that. Microsoft is pushing hard at moment and in the business world the Lumia smartphones are used quite often.

    Btw. Enfold is the only theme I have issues with on Windows Phone (using Divi, The7, Headway, Total Theme for example).

    Hey!

    Send us a link and we’ll take a look.

    Best regards,

    No link necessary. Check your demo page on Windows Phone 8.1. You’ll see that it’s broken (see ZPAS-SA post in this thread)

    That’s correct. Same issue on Enfold demo. My site link is: http://sze3.zpas.pl/new-zpas/product/infokioski-smart/

    Hi!

    @S4racen
    , This thread is for Windows phone compatibility, is that what your using? If not then be sure your copy of Enfold is updated to the latest version, 3.1.4. If your still having problems and not using a Windows phone then start a new thread and we’ll be with you shortly.

    Cheers!

    Hi Elliot,

    Yes i’m responding to the right thread, i’m on a windows phone and have updated to 3.1.5 from a theme perspective…

    Here’s the site http://evansfencing.co.uk As you can see elements that should have a solid background haven’t got one with the colour sections showing through and then the colour section completely covers one area of the site…

    Cheers

    Hello. We are facing the same issue that Pawel posted above. Background image of color section lays behind the whole site when viewing on Windows Phone. Update to 3.1.5. does not change anything. We need an urgend solution for this. If you need any assistance please contact us.
