    Hi,
    My changes in AVIA Editor panel/backand do not save.

    But in the frontend changes happen.

    The problem is for new changes, everything will have to be done again , from the beginning, because the changes have not been saved before…

    I lost a few hours try to solve it =(

    Hey Leonardo!

    Let’s try the following.

    1. Deactivate all plugins.

    2. Try saving in another web browser.

    3. Completely delete Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest.

    If the above two steps do not fix it then turn on WordPress debugging and check your server error logs for any useful information. Also send us a WordPress login.

    I did 1,2 and 3, but none of the alternatives given any results…

    Now, all sites that i use Enfold are with this problem.

    Even in different servers = (

    I’m having to use Tor Browser to edit the site!

    Help me!

    On what page are you having these problems and what changes are you trying to make? Please make sure that you properly close any added html markup: 

    <strong>Bold text closed properly</strong>

    Hi,

    The problems have been solved yesterday.

    I had to edit the site by Tor Browser on day 17/11.
    Yesterday, he returned to normal.

    It may be that the problem is on my internet provider…
