    Hi, I bought your enfold theme and I love it, I just met a problem when I want to import a theme.

    it said “import theme didn’t work please reload the page and try again”

    do you have a solution ?

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, I tried importing the 2017 demo but I can’t get it working either. Could you try to import it manually to see if that works better? You will find instructions in private.

    Can you please ask your hosting provider to increase the php memory limit please?
