problem registering my account

Hi

I am having trouble registering my account so I can get support. This is my purchase key

I tried to register with my personal email (Email address hidden if logged out) and it sent me to a wordpress login page which then said it was registered with another account or something. I assume maybe I should have used my (Email address hidden if logged out) . Can you help me get set up so I can ask the support question as I am trying to get my website set content loaded and I am having an issue with the layout
