    Hello,
    I have a problem with the access to my site for my customers. My site does not load when a client connects to it. It is the site https://www.resimarmo.com/other-countries/. I can connect with WordPress on the back-end (dashboard) but the front-end does not work. According to the message sent automatically by WordPress it would be a problem with my theme (see the email below). According to this email I need to “contact my hosting company for assistance in resolving this issue”. I contacted him but he can’t do anything. He advised me to contact you.
    I have updated my theme this morning (18/08/2021) but after the refresh, it is still not accessible.
    I have the same message for several of my sites but they are still accessible in front-end and back-end with the “recovery” mode.
    Can you help me?

    Hey Eric,

    Thanks for the login details. Your site loads fine when the parent theme is active, so the problem is coming from your child theme. Please try removing all your customisation, then add them back one by one to see what is causing your site not to load.

    Hello Rikard,
    I think I have done everything I can. I even deleted my child theme. I am currently with ENFOLD Parent. But my site is still not visible on the front end. I tried with Firefox, Edge and Slimjet but nothing works.
    What can I do ?

    Hello Rikard,
    I have followed your advice.
    I deactivated all the plugins.
    And I reactivated them one by one.
    I quickly found the one that was causing the problem.
    It was Black Studio TinyMCE Widget
    When I deactivated it my site appeared.
    What I don’t understand is why on other sites I don’t have this problem because it is present on all my sites.
    I will report it to Black Studio and ask them.

    Hi Eric,

    Thanks for the update, I’m glad that you found the cause of the problem. Are you running Enfold on your other sites too? If so, then it might be a conflict between the Black Studio plugin, and another plugin.

    Yes I use Enfold on all my sites. I have 17 of them. The strange thing is that only on my site https://www.resimarmo.com/other-countries/ I had this problem. On my other sites there is no problem. Indeed, it must be a conflict between two plugins. I will take the time to check the sites together.
