Problem logging into support forum

Dear Kriesie,

i have a problem logging into my account on your support forum.
I put my purchasecode and created an account but never got an email from forum.
Now my purchasecode is already verified and i cant log in, now when i try to reset password it doesnt send anything and all my mailadresses doesnt work.

I hope u can understand my problem, my english is pretty bad i guess.
I just want to submit a ticket about some fullwidth-slider problems, its just not responsive on ipad pro and i dont get the problem. (wasnt sure if theres already a fix or i just did something wrong.
