    Hi there,
    I cannot upgrade to wordpress 4.7, nor can I upgrade to the current Enfold theme or to any plugin.
    This is the error message I always receive:
    The package could not be installed.: PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature
    Installation Failed

    I deactivated all plugins, tried again – no success.
    I don’t have any cache plugin.
    Any ideas?

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, I tried updating your theme but I get the same error. Could you please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Thank you, Rikard.
    I did this – to no avail.
    Have now spoken with the server people. They’ll try to upgrade the php version – maybe that resolves the problem.
