    Purchased a new license to use on a new website, but having trouble installing the theme.

    Downloaded the ZIP from themeforest, extracted the files and uploaded the Enfold ZIP folder in the Theme section of WordPress, however when clicking Install, we get a WordPress Failure Notification Page.

    Please advise.

    I experienced a similar issue but was able to install via FTP.

    Hi,

    Yes, please try the ftp install option, and if that does not work let us know.

    Install Enfold over FTP
