July 30, 2017 at 10:38 pm #831914I downloaded a zip file from fontello, went to the import/export section to upload it, but I keep getting the same error message:
‘Couldnt add the font because server didnt respond’.
I’ve done a google search on this, checked the permission settings in the zip file and each file inside to make sure that are all ‘read and write’, I also gave the zip file a different name before downloading it, based on something I read that mentioned doing this.. anyways, no luck, I simply cannot get it to install. Please help if you know what I may be doing wrong.. thanks!p.s. Im using a child theme, in case that matters -

Please check with your host that the “zip php” is installed, or that it is working properly. This allows the theme to open zip files on the server side, some hosts don’t have it turned on by default.
Also try disabling your plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.Best regards,
MikeJuly 31, 2017 at 2:59 pm #832160Mike! that was it.. my hosting provider had to enable the zip php.. and all is working now. whew.. that was a frustrating two hour ordeal of many trials and errors, but glad it was an easy fix.. maybe this is something to mention as a quick note in the enfold backend interface beside the upload button, just so users know.. or a link to some of the common solutions about this issue.. oh and p.s. any chance you could include yelp and it’s icon in Enfold’s list of social media options? thanks again :) July 31, 2017 at 3:15 pm #832172Hi, Glad Mike could help! Please refer to this post – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/custom-social-icons/ Best regards,
