    Hi!
    Trying to import a demo but get this message:

    Error accessing file for download:
    cURL error 28: Failed to connect to kriesi.at port 443 after 10015 ms: Timeout was reached.

    Any ideas why this appears?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the login details, and sorry for the late reply. It’s likely that your hosting provider servers are being blocked by ours. We could try to import the demo for you manually though, which demo are you looking to import?
